This aged Tie Guan Yin(Ti Kuan Yin) is a full-bodied tea with a bright golden cup and deep rich earthy notes. We keep high quality Tie Guan Yin in vacuum tins under the earth for many years and baked with charcoal yearly to keep the freshness and quality of the Tie Guan Yin. It has the similar characteristic of old Pu-erh tea.
